I went to get a permanent bracelet and not sure what to expect. The lady was so kind and helpful and explained everything to me. She was awesome! Her knowledge of the bracelets and how they would wear was amazing! She made my bracelet a perfect fit! I love it! Thank you!

Yesterday, 7/25/23, I dropped off a gold chain necklace with a broken clasp. I was assisted by Maddie. Maddie called me the next day and told me the chain was repaired and ready for pick up. They installed a lobster claw clasp, which is much easier to open and close than the original. All looked good with the repairs. Thank you all at Koser Jewelers. 1/17/2025- Back again at Koser Jewelers to pick up some custom jewelry made. We originally spoke with Jodi-Lynn about combining several rings into one.
